Hello there! My name is Carlos Olivares, I am Communications major and Public Relations minor at California State University Long Beach!

As a student at CSULB I have participated in various projects with regards to communications and public relations. I have helped lead teams in creating social media campaigns, crisis communication responses and helped shaped speeches for spokespeople. 

Outside of school I am someone who is passionate for anything outdoors and automotive related as you might tell from looking through photos I have featured throughout the website. I am always on the hunt for new hobbies and experiences, but my heart will always lie with fishing and snowboarding. 

Because of my love for nature, getting the opportunity to work with brands that share the same passions as me will be exciting to say the least. I love being able to capture experiences and get “action” shots as well, dare I say I might be somewhat of a photography amateur. 

Besides my love for the outdoors I am also an avid musician with extensive experience playing trumpet across different genres of music.

I look to blend all my passions into the world of communications and public relations, to help grow and maintain these amazing industries.
