Mock Alaska Airlines Statement - Door incident

As part of a group project, my team and I were tasked with creating a mock initial press conference with regards to the Alaska Airlines Flight 1282 which had a plug door became detached mid-flight from the aircraft.

Our job was to address and inform the media and answer any questions about the incident. Our team was able to successfully deliver crisis communications and while maintain Alaska Airlines’ reputation as a safe choice for air travel.
